Free Workshop Series – What is my potential?

During April, May and June we conducted a series of free workshops for economic empowerment and personal development of women and girls from Skopje, Tetovo, Kumanovo and Bitola. As before, the workshops were designed and conducted by our Katerina Zlatanovska Popova, career counselor and soft skills trainer.

88 women and girls were part of 8 workshops, entitled “What is my potential?” and a section on women’s entrepreneurship. During the workshops, the participants could learn more about the techniques for setting goals and their successful realization, assessing their personal skills and knowledge, as well as identifying the areas that need improvement, then how to create a personal development plan, and most importantly they could to share their experiences and ideas, and to receive support and inspiration from other participants, creating new friendships.

This activity is part of the project “Economic strengthening and reintegration of women victims of gender-based and family violence”. This project is supported by the US Embassy. The opinions, findings, and conclusions or recommendations expressed herein are those of the implementers, and do not reflect those of the US Government.
