The Organization of Women of the City of is a voluntary
non-governmental association of citizens working

in the field of promotion and protection of women’s rights and which manages a 24-hour national SOS
line for victims of domestic violence.
The basic objectives and tasks of the organization
organization are to create conditions and organized performance
of the existing activity of women,
as well as to monitor, study and initiate issues that require
social resolution and are more directly related
to the advancement of the socio-economic position of women.
Our work:
1. a 24-hour national SOS line for victims of domestic violence
2. Identifying cases of of domestic violence
3. Providing expert assistance to victims

4. Offering psycho-social support and strengthening of the victim 5. Providing reliable and secure temporary residence

6. Referring victims to other institutions

7. Conducting continuous training of volunteers to work on the SOS phone
