In addition, the minimal standards stipulated in the Istanbul Convention for access to specialized services have not been met. No center for victims of domestic violence (shelter) has been established and no crisis center has been established for the intervention accommodation of women victims of domestic violence.
There is only one counseling center for victims of domestic violence, established within the Intermunicipal Center for Social Work Kumanovo, in which services are not provided in accordance with international standards and in accordance with the needs of the victims.
