On February 14, 2025, at the H. Marriott in Skopje, the 14th Annual Assembly of the National Network to End Violence against Women and Domestic Violence was held.
In the first part, Maja Balshikjevska, presented the narrative and financial annual report for 2024, i.e. the results achieved throughout the year. After the presentation, the reports were voted on and adopted by the members of the Assembly.
Ana Avramoska Nushkova, in the second part, presented the applications for membership in the network. This year, the following organizations submitted applications: Association for Legal Education and Transparency Stanica LET Prilep, Initiative of Roma Women from Shuto Orizari and Association for Development and Activism AKVA Struga. Representatives of these organizations presented their goals and objectives, followed by a vote for admission. These 3 organisations were successfully admited in the Network, bringing the number of member organizations to 24.
At the end of the event, it was concluded that a new strategic framework for the Network needs to be prepared by 2025. For this purpose, a strategic workshop was held later in the day with the Network members.
