1. 24 hours operation of the National SOS Helpline for victims of domestic violence
2. Identification of domestic violence
3. Providing professional support to victims of domestic violence
4. Providing psycho-social support and empowerment of victims of domestic violence
5. Providing safe and secure temporary accommodation for the victims of domestic violence
6. Referral of victims to the relevant institutions
7. Training courses for SOS helpline volunteers
