By the end of March 2020, all of the Balkan countries had some form of state of emergency, curfew, a list of measures and directions for self-isolation, quarantine measures, as well as various sanctions if these restrictions were not respected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadly, some vulnerable categories, such as women victims of violence were completely excluded from the measures and recommendations, together with their children who are also under risk of domestic violence.
