The campaign was\norganized by Serbian CSSP partner Fenomena and WAVE. Its aim was to educate\nconstituents from the Western Balkans and Turkey about the positive effects\nwhich the Istanbul Convention could have on their lives once it is implemented\nin their country. All CSSP partners are taking part, meaning that the campaign\nwill reach Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia,\nSerbia & Turkey. WAVE is also participating in the dissemination, which\nwill lead to the messages being spread across Europe as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In one week, nine\nimportant articles from the Istanbul Convention were presented and discussed on\nWAVE and CSSP partner\u2019s social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and\nInstagram. Used hashtags for the campaign were #CSSPstrongtogether\n#CSSPagainstVAWG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal of the CSSP\nis to strengthen women\u2019s voices and agency, including that of women\u2019s\norganizations working with and representing women from disadvantaged\nmarginalized groups, at a regional level. The expected result is to thus\nstrengthen the capacities of women\u2019s organizations\u2019 platforms and\/or networks\nas a vehicle to support women\u2019s civic engagement in CEDAW and Istanbul\nConvention monitoring and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
