This New Year, our Women’s Support Center in Skopje, alongside Katerina Zlatanovska Popova, has left a special gift under the Christmas tree for all our supporters: an online goal-setting workshop. This workshop helped the participating young women and girls in wrapping up their #AutumnTransformation <\/em><\/a>with a clearer vision for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this two-hour session, participants reflected on their accomplishments from the past year and set new goals for the upcoming one. Apart from drafting a list of New Year’s resolutions, they also acquired a technique for setting realistic timeframes for each goal and outlining the initial steps for successful execution. With the guidance of the renowned SMART technique, skillfully supplemented by our career advisor Kate, goals were not only specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound, but also intended to be inspiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And inspiring they were\u2014ranging from running marathons to obtaining a driver’s license to pursuing their dream careers, participants harbored numerous aspirations that, thanks to the workshop, have been transformed into realistic and measurable objectives for the New Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
